Shipment of Order:
All orders are shipped within 72 hours once payment is processed.  (Monday-Friday)

Damage/Defective Products Return Policy:

1.       Email cindee@dishmail.net for a Return Authorization Number.  Once the product is returned you will either receive a replacement product or a Full Refund.  All spare parts and accessories need to be returned along with the defective product. 

2.       Include a letter along describing the problem you are having or the conditions that cause the problem to occur.

3.       Include your contact information, including where you want the unit to be sent with email address and contact phone number.
